Dr. Michael J. S. Belton, Co-Investigator, is responsible for removing the rotation signature in constructing the phase function of Tempel 1, and helping PI Jang-Yang Li to perform phase function modeling. He is also responsible for advising Li in the comparison of comets and dark asteroids from his experience in this field. His effort level is 10%.
